Dr. Hyeon Joo (Harry) Park is a doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine and licensed acupuncturist in Texas, where he owns and operates the Spring Green Acupuncture & Herbal Clinic in Katy, Texas. Dr. Park graduated from the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2017 (Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) and Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2019 (Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine). He received his bachelor's degree from Kyungbook National University, South Korea (1980).

The resultant document recommended acupuncture for a wide variety of clinical issues; and also recommended acupuncture be taught in medical schools and brought into mainstream medicine.Twenty-eight years later, acupuncture is far from integrated in the way that the document portends.
