An award-winning educator and author, Dr. Menard offers financial wellness coaching and is a member of the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education. She is also an honorary member of the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario.

It echoes the authority of biomedical culture and fits neatly into the insurance field. But vocabulary is never neutral; repeated long enough, it dictates behavior.
