Joseph Teralis Arison, LAc

Joseph Teralis Arison is a licensed acupuncturist and educator with over four decades of clinical experience. His practice is built upon a unique synthesis of Eastern philosophy, yoga and the healing arts. He is a graduate of the California Acupuncture College, Los Angeles, and completed a foundational clinical internship at the Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing, PRC.

Joseph's hands-on approach is rooted in the integration of structural alignment and energetic flow. In 1993, he began studying Zero Balancing under its founder, Fritz Frederick Smith, MD, and was invited to join the faculty of the Zero Balancing Health Association in 1996. Furthering his pursuit of subtle-body medicine, Teralis began training in 1997 with third-generation Scottish osteopath Hugh Milne, mastering Visionary Craniosacral Work.

Joseph's practice is defined by his ability to navigate complex, unresolved pain - both chronic and acute. His patient base spans the full spectrum of life, from infants and pregnant mothers to the elderly. Known for his intuitive and creative approach, Teralis often treats several generations of a family, guiding them through varied crises ranging from migraines and stress to traumatic injury integration and end-of-life care.
